Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday). Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a quick confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Major Cities: 2–4 business days.

    • Rest of Pakistan: 4–6 business days.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Standard nationwide delivery: PKR 200.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via SMS/email once your parcel is handed over to the courier. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol: A transparent invoice/flyer is provided with the package for order details and verification. For any issues with the items received, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers make up to 2 attempts. Please keep your provided phone number active to avoid automatic returns.
