Welcome to Zauqposh. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Zauqposh. Zauqposh operates this website and online store, including all related information, tools, content, and services available to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. Zauqposh is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our apparel and services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting our site, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.

Section 1 - Store Access & Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current contact, delivery, and payment details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Section 2 - Products, Fabrics & Visual Representation

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, embroidery details, and cuts of our apparel as accurately as possible. However:

Because screen displays, color calibrations, and lighting conditions vary across devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or fabric tone will be completely exact.
Minor variations in print placement, lace detailing, stitch tension, or fabric dye lots are inherent to the textile and apparel manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.
All product descriptions and retail prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit purchase quantities per person, household, or geographical region at any time.

Section 3 - Orders & Verification

When you place an order on our store, you submit an offer to purchase our products. Zauqposh reserves the right to accept, hold, or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.

Order Acceptance: Your order is officially confirmed only once it has been processed and verified by our team.
Order Confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD): To prevent fraudulent checkouts, we reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call, SMS, or digital messaging prior to dispatch. If contact cannot be established within 48 hours, the order may be canceled automatically.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been booked with our courier partners and an Airway Bill (Consignment Note) has been generated.
Personal Use Only: All purchases made on this site are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to purchase items for unauthorized commercial resale or bulk redistribution without prior written agreement.

Section 4 - Pricing, Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pricing: All prices listed on the store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as authorized electronic payment methods where available.
Cash on Delivery Obligations: When selecting Cash on Delivery, you enter into an agreement to accept the parcel and pay the exact invoice amount to the courier representative upon delivery. Repeated, intentional refusals of legitimate COD parcels may result in your delivery details being restricted across our fulfillment networks.

Section 5 - Shipping, Delivery & Couriers

Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes (typically 3 to 7 business days nationwide) are operational estimates only. Delays caused by regional weather events, public holidays, civil disruptions, or courier operational backlogs are beyond our direct control.
Courier Protocol: We fulfill orders through licensed domestic courier services. Once a parcel is transferred to the courier service and assigned an active tracking number, physical transit is handled under courier transit guidelines.
Parcel Inspection: Couriers operate on a standard delivery policy where sealed parcels cannot be opened before payment is remitted to the rider. For any discrepancies, damages, or missing items inside the parcel, customers must contact Zauqposh support directly in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, graphics, text, product imagery, banners, digital assets, and layout designs—is the property of Zauqposh or its respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, download, or commercially exploit any content, imagery, or graphics from this website without explicit prior written permission from Zauqposh.

Section 7 - Third-Party Services & Integrations

Certain features or tools on our website may be provided or hosted by third parties (such as logistics aggregators, communications tools, or analytics platforms). You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Our website may also include links directing you to external websites (such as courier tracking interfaces). We are not responsible for examining, auditing, or evaluating the content or operational accuracy of third-party platforms.

Section 8 - Relationship with Platform Host

Zauqposh is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. All commercial sales, fulfillment obligations, and customer service commitments are made directly between you and Zauqposh. You expressly acknowledge that Shopify is not liable for any transaction, product claim, delivery delay, or dispute arising between you and Zauqposh.

Section 9 - Customer Feedback & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or suggestions to us (whether on our store, across our official social channels, or via direct messaging), you grant Zauqposh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that feedback across our marketing materials and digital channels. We reserve the right to remove any submission that contains abusive, defamatory, or unlawful language.

Section 10 - Prohibited Conduct

In using this website, you agree that you will not:

Use our platform or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Provide fake names, forged delivery addresses, invalid phone numbers, or fraudulent payment details.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining sections.

These Terms of Service, together with our posted operational policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zauqposh regarding your use of our platform.

Section 14 - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate commercial transactions whereby we supply products to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your purchase or use of the website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
